Sugar Process
Sugar Processing Method
At Vyankatesh Agro Products, we ensure that the sugar we trade and supply is processed through advanced and hygienic methods to maintain the highest standards of quality and purity. The sugar manufacturing process involves several carefully controlled stages:
Harvesting of Sugarcane
The process begins with the harvesting of mature sugarcane from farms. Freshly cut cane is transported quickly to sugar mills to preserve its sucrose content.
- Crushing & Juice Extraction
Sugarcane is crushed in mills to extract raw juice. This juice contains impurities such as fibers, soil particles, and organic matter.
- Clarification
The extracted juice is purified by removing impurities using natural or chemical clarification processes. This ensures clean and clear juice for further processing.
- Evaporation
The clarified juice is heated and concentrated in evaporators to remove excess water, resulting in a thick syrup.
- Crystallization
The syrup is further processed under controlled conditions to form sugar crystals. This stage determines the size and quality of sugar grains such as S30, M30, and L30.
- Centrifugation
The sugar crystals are separated from the remaining liquid (molasses) using high-speed centrifuge machines.
- Drying & Cooling
The separated sugar crystals are dried and cooled to remove moisture, ensuring longer shelf life and better quality.
- Grading & Packaging
Finally, sugar is graded based on crystal size and quality, then packed in hygienic conditions for distribution across the supply chain.
Quality Commitment
We collaborate with reputed sugar mills that follow strict quality control and modern processing techniques. This ensures that every batch of sugar delivered meets industry standards and customer expectations.
